PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

We believe in complete flexibility. You are never locked in and can cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at touquel.com  and managing your subscription directly from your account portal.

You may also email us at admin@touquel.com with your order number and cancellation request and we will process it within 24 hours.

Cancellation Timing
To avoid being charged for your next order, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge date. Cancellations received after your order has already been processed cannot be refunded for that cycle but will be honored going forward.

Pausing
If you need a break rather than a full cancellation, you can pause your subscription at any time through your account portal or by reaching out to us directly.
